We are in Cherry Hill lowering this 6 unit town house that consists of over 19,000 square feet and weighs in over 500 tons. The units were moved over 2500 feet to this location and into a 14 feet deep excavation where a new foundation will be erected. Once the foundation is in place our crew will return and finish the lowering and remove our materials.
W.A. Building Movers Lifted the home a full story to allow a new first story to be built underneath. Subsequently, W.A. excavated 18' down from grade for the entire scope of the home to allow for a new foundation and basement to be installed that would later hold a bowling alley, ballroom, wine room, full movie theater, and indoor pool.
This house in Brick NJ was lifted above FEMA requirements to prepare for a new foundation to be installed. Once the home is lowered onto the new foundation new stairs will be installed and the utilities will be extended and connected.
